I bring a unique background to my work, holding master’s degrees in Human Services, Divinity (religion), and Clinical Psychology, and having spent over a decade serving as a pastor. My foundation is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, helping clients understand how early experiences shape current struggles. At the same time, I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including interpersonal therapy, family systems therapy, EFT, solutions-focused therapy, and humanistic methods, to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Whether you’re healing from past hurts, navigating the challenges of parenting, or longing for more nurturing relationships, please know you don’t have to face it alone.
